Protection of personal data, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The CAAS has adopted measures governing the processing of personal data in order to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation – EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) effective from 25 May 2018. When CAAS obtains personal data in connection with any activity, the requirements of the GDPR are applied in the CAAS. The CAAS has the authority to manage the personal data of its employees, members, authors of articles, lecturers and members of editorial boards (i.e. editors and co-editors).
